1 out of 10 people really change but if you know they've cheated in the past look for the tell tell symptoms. but its usually once a cheater always a cheater and for the most part is true. They know the difference from right and wrong and they know exactly what there doing and how much its going to hurt you. So if i were you I'd steer clear of dating any guys that you know have cheated.

It depends on the persons involved and their situations.
A person "cheats" because he/she is dissatisfied or discontent. They seek personal satisfaction AWAY from the relationship they're in; even though they may not want to discontinue the commitment.
In essence, ANYONE can be a "cheater" and ANYONE can change that facet with the right partner and be loyal and monogamous without reservation.
So "once a cheater... always a cheater?" The answer is NO. People have the capacity to change (and usually do) when what they've discovered is more satisfying than what they have.

if someone cheated once, why wouldnt they do it again? i believe once a chater always a cheater. after a certain age, you know right from wrong and you are who you are. there is no changing that.

People cheat to fill a need for something the relationship is lacking. If everything that both parties need are getting in theory no one would cheat. (once a slut always a slut)

MY personal feeling is that people seldom change.
I have some history here, and I don't remember
people that I have known changing much over time.

i change to abt 80% , its true , it depends on your perpective towards certain things, i changed from inner , to heart, looks, style totally believe in fairy tale.... its true
