a judge ordered a arrest and this person has been taken to jail already. he was arrested outside of the county it is from. They say within 5days because of the holidays he'll return to the couny it is issued from. Reception will start tomarrow I think they said. He'll go see the judge here tomarrow. Will I be able to attend that?

depends...is it for child support or fines, restitution, etc.?

Edit:

since this is for a criminal offense it is up to the PO whether or not the person gets violated. if it's a first offense the PO might give him/her a break, all depends on them...

worst case scenario the original sentence can be carried out which could mean prison time. at $6,500 dollars somebody definetly committed a felony...

If it is for restitution and he is on probation the probation will be revoked, If he has already been arrested he may be looking at a lengthy jail time. Without knowing prior history it is hard to say what the judge will do and it also depends on the judge.

He will go in front of the Judge again and the Judge will either make him due his original sentence. If it were me, I would pay the 6,500.00 - take out a loan or ask the family, anything to get them off his back.

Depends on the court. Civil court, nothing they will do but higher courts will vary. If they haven't done anything in a year they probably will not.
