Wet Lips

Use some lip balm to soften them days before. Keep using it several times a day to make them soft. Do not wet them, rather, the idea is to keep them soft and nice to kiss. Good luck and don't forget to make a practice of using balm. The people you kiss will notice the difference between wet soppy kisses, dry cracked lips and soft lushious lips. Enjoy!!

kinda wet and then kinda dry. But just remember to lick your lips secretly or drink some water before you kiss!

A kiss is a kiss and it doesn't matter if your lips is dry or wet. Let nature takes it course.

You wouldn't want to slop her with wet kiss..go soft and gentle if this is your first kiss...make sure your lips are not very dry or parched..and please don't go too fast..just follow what you feel like doing at the moment..you will know... trust me...this is not a science or a definete physics..it's an art and emotion and the moment and mood dictates it

Just do what will come from your heart, if your lips are dry, they'll get wet and if they are wet, they'll more wet. I got mine when I had 9 in a supermarket.

To me, it does not really matter. Your lips will likely get wet when you are both kissing each other anyway.

Neither; they only need to be soft and warm. Brush them lightly with a dry toothbrush to make them smooth and then moisturize them overnight using chapstick. You'll wake up to the most kissable lips. Good luck!

Who the hell sets up their first kiss??? It would feel much better if it just happened when you both felt a connection. And your lips shouldnt be too slippery or too dry. Just make them they way they normaly are.
