anytime that i try to exercise or lift weights i get really tired and weak feeling and just feel like going to bed...what should i do

You might have low blood sugar. Make sure you are eating balanced meals.

Also you might not have enough potassium if you are sweating a lot, try drinking gatorade instead of water.

You might want to try eating a small energy snack during your workouts like a powerbar or an energy gel to feed your body.

I am skinny and I experience the same feeling because my body doesn't have much fat to burn during workouts, so I always have to eat something after 30 minutes of working out to stay energized.

You are draining electrolytes. Drink plain water and some type of sport drink, like Gatorade. Drink as much as you are comfortable with. A workout should greatly energize you, not the opposite.

See a doctor. You may need eat better or you may catch a serious problem before it catches you.
