there are a lot of reasons why you should and why you shouldn't as well. Are you attracted to the boy, want to figure out if there is an attraction or go out for the sake of going out?
Or you going out as friends or to see if there is something more to the relationship? you can go out dozens of times with a friend if it is understood that it is as a friend but depending upon how the first date ended should tell you whether he is worth a second date.

It all depends. What happened the first time around? Was the break up mutual? Was there seperation without a break up or what? Like I said, it all depends on the situation.
