Hopefully the person u love loves u. However, if u must choose, you first have to ask yourself what kind of relationship do you want? If you are a needy person, you better marry someone who loves you. They will be the giving person in the relationship. If you by nature are the giver then you can get by with giving more in the relationship.

well that's easy, the person you love.
You will never be happy taking someone that loves you but you don't reciprocate that love for them. All you are doing by that is thinking that cause they love you, they will make you happy by their desire of you.
Wrong! Love is a give and take. And if you ain't giving you will never really truly know how to take what they are giving.
Besides that, how fair would it be to anyone to know that someday the one you do love can take you away from them no matter how hard they try to give of them self??
Sometimes life is about being true and fair, not about what you know you can take just cause its there.

The person you love - if they don't love you back, they're not good enough for you. The person you marry is the one YOU love and that loves you back. If someone loves you, but don't love them back, it's not worth it. Remember, don't lower your expectations and compromise because "things aren't working out". So marry the one that you love and loves you back - it has to be mutual and it takes two people to tango.

No use if you feel like it's one sided.

If you feel that marraige is one sided and you want to go ahead with it, then that's trouble.
