Scrub with a good loofah & some sea salt after your workout sessions and dry off completely before wearing a clean set of underwear after that. Try to avoid using body moisturiser or any cellulite creams around the affected area for a while, until the red pimples dry out naturally. Hope it works for you as it did for me :)

"I sxersice about 2 hours a day already" sxercise? lol.. lucky you!

Did the onset come along with the exercising? If you are doing exercises where you are sitting at an exercise machine, you could be getting acne because you're keeping the skin on your butt compressed, hot, sweaty. That could do a few things to your skin like:

-not allowing the sebaceous and sweat glands to work properly
-making a warm, wet breeding ground for bacteria
-lessening blood flow in the skin
-exposing your skin to bacteria on exercise seats

You could try a few things like:
-wear nice, fresh, breathable cotton underwear and shorts when you work out
-have a hot shower and give your butt a scrub right after you work out
-wiping down any exercise seats before using them
-don't sit at excercise machines for too long, maybe jog or stair climb where your butt skin can breathe and isn't compressed

Could be a variety of things. It's most likely be folliculitis, which is the infection of the hair follicles. Sweating, rubbing of clothes against your skin can reek havoc on your skin...even booty skin. Treat your heine like you would treat your face. Wear cotton undies and make sure you shower after your work-out with a pure soap or gel. Don't forget to moisturize with a non pore clogging lotion either since little cracks in the skin where there is a previous infection can cause boils. I'm sorry to say that salt scrubs and other scrubs will cause more harm than good when it comes to folliculitis. You want to avoid cracks in the skin for germs to get in.

Wear cotton, absorbent work-out pants and make sure they and your frillies are washed well. Also, try to cut down on chafing. Monistat makes a non chafing cream that you can apply to cut down on friction. http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=139254&catid=33587&trx=PLST-0-SEARCH&trxp1=33587&trxp2=139254&trxp3=1&trxp4=0&btrx=BUY-PLST-0-SEARCH If you are sitting on an exercise bike, make sure to give it a rub down with alcohol to kill any germs on the seat.

I hope this helps and good for you for working out! I wish I can get my dead butt up off the couch..lol.
