why muslim veiled their women, Is that really mean we men are only tempted by women? Do they not tempted by men? if yes why not we cover our selves. i think in muslim, sin is by doing only, what do muslim say for the lust of the heart. Christ said if a man looked at woman and if he moved by his lust then he commit adultery. But i could not trace the sin of a heart in muslim Religion

All Religions cover and if your see Christian. I don’t know why people talk about Muslim Women only. If you see old Christian you will find them coverd and you might have your mother covered in her old days (IF YOU ARE OLD ENOUGH)
Or your grand mother maybe.

They Like to Cover So be it. And stop wondering about them. Then People will start asking why you are naked.

I guess because Muslim men don't have enough self control to avoid raping an unveiled woman? I have no idea. It makes no sense to me at all. How can Muslim men go into a store and shop? Are all magazine covers concealed so they aren't tempted? How can they visit another country whose women aren't veiled? Aren't they in danger of violating themselves or the unveiled women? I don't care what anyone says veiling a woman is a way to say she is less than a man. It's saying that she isn't important enough to be seen as a real person. It's wrong.

Given the choice, Muslim women would not cover themselves up. This rule was made by men and women had no say in the matter. Women like to feel good about their appearance but, they must cover up because of the problem within the minds of men.

Muslim women are taught that this custom protects them from men's lust. It's a practice that keeps them in a subordinate position. If women are conditioned to think that men can't control themselves because of the way women look, then women learn to become completely reliant on the men in her family for her "protection". Women in this situation are taught that they can't protect themselves, which makes them inferior to men. The veil is part of this protection. It's the type of rule that is common in societies where say, rape is impossible to prove because it must be witnessed by four males who testify to it in court in order for a judge/jury to believe an accuser. Did you know that in some Muslim countries a rape doesn't occur unless four men are there to witness it?

Veiling of a woman is a cultural thing and not a religion. Even in some area non Muslim women wear veil if their local law and custom ask them to have a veil.

I agree that if the women must be veiled, so should the men as women too like to look at men. I bet there is not one Muslim man that would agree to be veiled though.

Muslim women wear veils by choice. It shows that they are modest and it represents submission to Allah. It also prevents men from looking at them in inappropriate ways.

Muslim women are veiled because their Muslim husbands are cruel and their religion subordinates women. Their women are not happy, how can they be having to allow their husbands to have multiple wives but if they are even seen talking to another man they can be severely beaten or even charged and killed for adultery. Sounds like a miserable life but Muslim extremeness varies because some Muslims are more liberal then others.

To reduce the occurrence of rape, adultery & sexual promiscuity outside of marriage. Sexually men are often visual creatures. If men don't see a woman's beauty, then they have less desire to have sex with a woman. If a man is not walking around with a hard-on & sex on the brain, then he is able to be more productive & get more work done.
