i am wanting to lose about 10 pounds for my own health im not over weight or anything but i just need to get in better shape, and im looking for something that wont take more than an hour that i can do 5 times or less a week

hey girl...Percy is right on this one.... any cardio... is good....try power walking...around your neighborhood...or running..it burns calories, drink plenty of water....and cut back on junk food... you should be able to lose the 10lbs in about 5-6weeks.... good luck.... :-)

Walk, run, skip, hop, swim. anything that involves a good cardio workout
