well then, you should factor in this

An adult needs an average of 8 hours of sleep a night. Assume that you will be waking up at 6 am (one hour of preperation for work such as breakfast, dressing, shower etc and one hour of commuting. This can vary depending on how far away you work) With that in mind you should go to sleep at 10 pm if you want to be healthy and well rested.

Well, gee... What time do you have to get up in the mornings? Do you fall asleep immediately? Do you feel refreshed when you do wake up?

Some people can get by on five hours sleep. Others need nine or ten. How does your body feel? Do you find yourself getting sleepy during the day at work?

If you get up around 6:30 in the morning, then watch the news until 11:00 and then go to sleep. Or, cuddle with your spouse and then go to sleep...

Depending on what you do afterwork, average adult needs 6 to 8 hours of sleep, older you are less sleep you need i heard. say you eat around 7 pm , you should try to go to sleep no later than 12am. Get into a set routine, and if you find yourself wrestless and cant sleep, try going on a walk after dinner with the family.

It depends person to person, shoot, i know people who need nine, while i perfer 7-8 myself, i've gone on 4-5 for months at a time with no adverse effects. Sometimes theres just not enough hours in a day after work when you gotta get stuff done.

I go to bed between 1 and 4 am depending on things I want/need to do, what time I need to be at work the next day etc. but Usually closer to 1-2am. I get up at 9:30 or 10am to go to work, so thats enough sleep for me.

your body needs 6 to 8 hours of sleep. it is not a matter of the average adult-everyone should get this amount. your body goes through sleep patterns over and over during sleep and each pattern is longer than the previos -if you get woke up during these sleep patterns you start over at the beginning. You need to go back 6 to eight hours from the time you need to get up in order to figure the time frame you should go to bed. you should also try to relax before you hit the pillow.
