Dark Circle Eliminator:
Slice one small piece off of a potato, and cut the slice in half. Put each slice under your eyes and leave them under your eyes for 20 minutes.
Also, you can reduce the darkness in the short term by applying slices of cold cucumber to the area for 15 minutes. Using an under eye concealer also hides the unsightly dark circles. For longer lasting results, use an under eye cream daily, it can improve the appearance of dark circles. If the Vitamin K didn't work, look for creams that contain Vitamin C. If you have a chronic case of under eye circles, you should contact a doctor about treatments.

hello! dark circles can be caused by several factors: heredity (cultural heritage), allergies, lack of sleep, aging and damage from rubbing. If you have olive skin you may be predisposed to dark circles that come from the access, somewhat loose and tender skin under the eyes. If your skin is sallow and sunken there even a little bit, you will have darkness which, unfortunately, cannot be treated. a medical grade concealer is your best option. you can get this through dermatologists and med-spas. If you do not have olive skin and/or your dark circles are more "blue" and puffy, then the problem is more about irritation and pooling of fluid under the eyes. yes, sleep in this case is a critical factor, but more than that could be any rubbing you are doing on your eyes. (this would also apply if the problem is allergies). Rubbing the eyes causes the small capillaries under the eyes to distend or burst, making blood pool. If this sounds more like it, then take care to stop rubbing as much as possible. Use cool compresses of cucumber slices OR cool tea bags under the eyes to shrink swelling. Also, begin to take CoQ10 capsules to strengthen the capillaries that are bursting and causing the problem. There is also a topical CoQ10 that you can use (but make sure it's ok in the eye area). You may also try a glycolic eye cream in both cases for good eye care. Hope this helps and good luck!

Alot of people get dark circles from being anemic (Low iron levels). I would get some bloodwork drawn to be sure you arent anemic first. Mary kay sells a fabulous concealer..is almost white...goes under your normal foundation...will cover it up like a charm. Try to take some vitamins in the mean time with iron.

Try using mint leaves. Make a paste out of them (blender and little water) and apply them under your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes every other day. If you notice the improvement in the first two uses, keep it going once a week, then cut it down to once a month when there is significant improvement.
Also, potato slices help lighten dark eyes, but I haven't tried them myself, so don't depend on me. The first one, I have tried first hand.
GoodLuck!

I am a make up artist. Here's what you do. First off, buy a YELLOW based concealer. Apply that right after you apply face moisturizer. After you apply the concealer, apply an all over face foundation, as it helps set the concealer. Hope this helps. Let me know!

I have really dark circles under my eyes and I have allergics really bad. this could be what is wrong with you. What I do to help hide mine is to put on conclearer, then apply liquid makeup, and the powder. You might also try putting a little white eyeshadow on to help hide them I also do this. Its so hard to try to hide them and you just dont know what to tell people.

You may need vitamins/minerals. Go to the website below and order some "Essentials" from USANA. These are the top rated vitamin in North America. They also have a super eye cream. If you are valuable (which you are) use the best!

to get rid of it, sleep at least 9 hours a day regulary and under eye cream. I'm using Kanebo and it's really much better, but if one day you slept only 5 or 6 hours, it will come back to be the same again

It also depends on your ethnic back ground. I'm Italian and very light complected. Nothing worked for me but concealer. Even too much sleep can make them worse. I've had them all my life. It was worse when I was younger and stressed out. My young adult children have them too (poors things lol).
