No, it doesn't mean that at all. In a real, loving relationship sex is the icing on the cake, not the cake itself. And if the cake underneath doesn't contain all the ingredients to make it solid all the icing in the world won't keep it from eventually crumbling.
Companionship, honor, respect, friendship, and many other things are more important than sex to make a relationship last. When all these things are good, than so is the sex.

the relationship will exist even without sex because sex is not mandatory at all times and it is the faith and belief in each other and the trustworthy relationship lasts quite long. it is not necessary to have sex for strong relationship very often it is the lust in form of sex which may carry on for years but may not be everlasting relationship.

When most guys mess around with a girl it is to get what they can. Girls generally handle messing around with thoughts of "love." How many girls get pregnant from messing around when they don't intend to have sex? Does the guy marry them? Is the marriage successful? Generally no to both questions.
When you are playing with a snake (even a little one) you are likely to get bitten.

i dont believe that. i think that a couple needs a firm, emotional base, before it can even be THOUGHT of basing it on physical, which i really dont advise, because pretty soon that is all the relationship is
