If your refering to Las Vegas and or Navada:
Under 18:
If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must have one parent or legal guardian present. A notarized written permission is also acceptable. It must be written in English and needs to state the name, birth date, age of the minor child, along with the relationship of the person giving consent. The notary must note that the parent or guardian personally appeared before or was subscribed and sworn to. If you are under 16, marriage can be authorized only by court order when the request has been filed by either parent or legal guardian.

Merry? As in make them happy? The marriage wouldn't be valid anyway. Parental consent is explicitly required, and only for minors aged 14 and up. In some places 16 and up. Wedding chapels make everyone merry. And married.

If you can't even spell the word "marry" right then you shouldn't be getting married. If you're underage don't get married wait to see how life is after high school see if you still really want to be with eachother forever. Thats what marriage should be about: being together forever. Marriage is a BIG decision don't make till you've lived in the real world, not high school.

"Underage" is relative, and depends on where you plan to get married. Depending on the age, you may need parental permission. In many places at least, it won't matter how much money you've got for the officiant - you'll still need a marriage licence for the marriage to be legal. (I believe that's what the parental permission is actually required for, although the officiant may also require proof of permission.) Just check online for the requirements for obtaining a marriage licence in your area (or other areas...) to find out what their age regulations are.

No. All states require a marriage license of some sort and at minimum you are required to present ID that will reflect your date of birth. If you fake the ID to get married, the marriage is not valid.
