It depends on your height. When i was 14, i was 5'5'' and i weighed around 160. I was a chubby girl, but my doctor told me i was only 30 pounds over weight. It all depends on your height, diet and exercise. From my personal experience a 14 year old is still growing and has a lot more to grow, so i would say anywhere between 90 pounds and that is if you are really petite and short, and 150. my friends 170 and she is 5'11 and plays softball in college, but has been the same weight since she got to be that height. Do keep in mind if you are active or strong muscle ways more.

There is no "normal" for that question. There are genetic's, cultural, and geographic variables that would determine normalacy. The most normal a 13 (going on 14) female stature is where you feel most comfortable with yourself.
