There are so many varied conditions that is could be from the symptoms you have described.
It is not appropriate that anyone here should attempt a diagnoses.
What you need to do, is make an appointment to see your Doctor as soon as possible.
In the mean time take note of any pattern or increased severity in the pain. Also how often you are passing urine and bowel motions.Note to if you are constipated or are have difficulty passing motions.
Any feelings of nausea or disinterest in food and any discomfort after diet is taken shouls also be noted.
The Doctor will examine you and request you go for blood tests. These tests should not require fasting.Follow through with the tests and he will have a diagnosis and you will be on the road to recovery in a day or two at the most, depending on the time of day you see Dr, and have the blood tests.
Try not to worry as it could be something simply fixed. As easily as taking prescribed medication. Till you see your Dr. rest, keep up fluids but don't over do it, and take diet as tolerated by you.
Maybe an analgesic to help you till you get to see Dr.
If the symptoms get beyond your tolerance level go to the nearest hospital emergency room or call an ambulance.
Don't panic or let your mind go to the worst case scenario, you will be okay, but do make that appointment,NOW!
Look after yourself and best wishes for health.

If you are sure there is no way you hurt yourself then it can be safe to say it's a kidney infection. you will also have the erg to urinate but will not be able to and it will hurt if you do(you will not expel a lot of urine). go to a drug store even walmart or a grocery store and buy a product called AZO. It is a pill you take with a full glass of water. it will turn your urine bright orange, but it will help ease the pain. drink lots a water and if you can stand it drink cranapple or cranberry juice-don't drink any sodas or drinks with alot of sugar. if that doesn't help go to the doctor

That is what it started out with me. I woke up the next morning and the pain was unbearable. I was pregnant at the time, and then pain was so bad I went to the ER thinking it was a miscarraige. Either way, go to a doc. It could be more serious like stones.

Lower back pain and what you've described sounds like it. A fever usually follows also. I would see a doc for sure tho. It can be very painfull if not treated.
