well i personally think that if she is 17..just wait until its legal. becuase most parents wont want their daughters dating some1 that old..and in their sexual prime. not saying that is what u want. but u know that parents are thinking that same thing. so my advice is wait

Some parents might be okay with it, but if I were you, I would wait until she is at least 18. But if you cannot wait, maybe have her run the idea by her parents. They may be okay with groups dates or something like that to start with?? If you really like her though, it shouldn't be that much of a problem to wait. In the mean time you can talk to each other, etc.

That's not too young.... I'm 17 and like a 23 year old and my mom would be fine with it if he asked me out.

well my sister is 19 and i dont think my parents would agree with anything over 23. 17 is still a senior in high school. Unless her parents are very easy going i dont think that they would approve too much

I don't know too many parents that would be excited about that. I would think that it is different if you were both a couple years older. Besides, thats not legal if something were to happen and her parents would slam you into jail faster than your head would spin. I think its a risky thing that in the end, wouldn't have been worth the trouble.

yes 17 is too young, the person that you are dating should at least be of legal age.

It all depends on the majority level . I would say never go more than four years under your own age. Most women mature faster than men so by dating someone whose about four years younger, your mindsets would match up.

nop..not too young at all...am 17 myself and my bf is 26(almost 27 too)..and a frnd of mine is 26 and his gf is 18..so nop..6 yrs is nothing..

i don't think the parents will talk it so well tho...but i'm not sure cause my parents don't know anything about my bf..
but..if you're a really nice guys and their daughter is in love/rlly likes u...they should be okaay with it (not my parents...but normal parents should be)

good luck =)

18 dude, once you over 18 stick to no younger than 18. also older women can teach you things, lol only reason i say 18 is because if she younger and want to screw you over because you made her mad is call the cops and your going to jail
