You need a vet to be sure it is a fungus. Treating it incorrectly can be as hazardous as doing nothing at all. They will have the best treatments for her.

I am a Boxer owner and in my experience white boxers can be prone to allergies, actually it is common in the breed regardless of color. I would first assume she has some sort of food allergies, and I would certainly take her to the Vet and have them do an ear cytology. You can in the case of a yeast infection clean the ear with warm water, dry thoroughly and then apply a human womans yeast infection cream to the ear. However, do not do this with out know it is a yeast infection. Besides, the doctors meds are better.
If she ends up have allergies you can try a fish & potatoe food, or duck and potatoe or kangaroo meat.

Generic athletes foot fungus creme, packed diff for vet use. If not any better after couple days of use then call vet back. Need to do skin scrape to make sure.

Could develope a secondary bacterial infection from scratching. Can clean area with Betadine(red color) sold in first aid area of stores. Then apply powder or creme.

first take her to the vet and have it checked, how would you know it's a fungus, it might be staff or something else. and if you put an antifungal cream on it, it's not going to get better but worse.
