maybe he aint into the style of a girl, such as too hyper or too emo or too crazy or too happy and stuff like that u know not his type and stuff

If you like someone and they don't really like you back, and then they just show up saying "I love you", then you need to shut the door on them, pronto! He just wants sex! He figures that you're easy, because after alll you like him, and that makes him a stupid jerk! Don't believe the lie!
