I don't know if the Canadians have access to our records, but we have access to their driving records, so I'm sure they do.

Canada can refuse you entry into their country for DUI or other crimes for that matter.in some cases they can request a cash bond which is non refundable,and requires a large amount of paperwork.this info can be found out by contacting a Canadian consulate

Yes, they can. My husbands friend was not allowed into Canada for having a DUI in the us.
