we normally do our gift exchange during the pre new year. i have a cousin that loves to get nice gifts and she requested some nice gloves and stuff for the cold weather cause she just moved to Indiana and we have a spending limit of 35 dollars. i have no idea where to go and get her something. any ideas please i am open to suggestions.

You should be able to get nice gloves at any store. Other cold weather items would be hot chocolate/tea/coffee sets [with a bonus of them being half-price at most stores now], a scarf, maybe a cute hat, possibly some of those warm fuzzy socks-to-stay-home-in that you can find at Penney's.

Any basic clothing store will work. Try WalMart or whatever is nearest to you. What she asked for shouldn't exeed your limit.
