The only thing that I can think of is going up to a person that you know who speaks one of these languages and asking them to help you learn some phrases. I did that with my Language Arts teacher. She's here for a year as an exchange teacher, and she's from Finland and speaks Finnish, Swedish, English, German, Spanish and Dutch.

You local library. Make sure along with the book you get language tapes to make sure you are pronouncing right...but these languages aren't very "popular" in North America right now so it might be hard getting quality books for them.

try online sites like coles,indigo,chapters or amazon to see what kind of deals you could get.

In the freezer, lol ! Just kidding, you can download pimslear language courses for those languages, the pimsleur method is amazing, you can learn languages as if was your mother tongue. Just download BitTorrent and go to the page torrents.to and look for pimsleur and you'll find them.
