And if we do, he always seems to break them. ive confronted him about it multiple times. he'll take care of it for awhile, but soon will be back into the old routine. He doenst seem to take it serious when i try and discuss it with him too. he just asks me what hes supposed to say. what should i do? ive tried being a ***** and ive tried talking to him about it...whats left?

I have been going through the same thing now but for 3 years. I am at the end of my rope. I am not getting any younger. He has given me 2 diamond rings. He has his house about 20 miles from mine. We talk like we are going to buy a house together, then he backs out. Comes up with some story as to why we should wait. I have come to conclusion that he is not serious, if he is, then he will soon find out that I was serious and he just lost out. Makes me think that if this is such a hard discision then he really dont love me like I thought he did. He says that he has been hurt before, well, hello, so have I but I gave him a chance and now this. So if you get a good answer, please let me know.

Get used to it. MY husband is the same way and once I quit fighting with him over it and stopped trying to make plans that included both of us he quit being an a**. It was a matter of letting him know that my life doesn't revolve around when he shows up. You should have seen his face the first time he didn't show for a dinner date and I went to the bar and had Budwisers with perfect strangers...it was like a Mastercard commercial...priceless.

Enough is enough! Is he giving good reasons for breaking dates? Is he on call for work a doctor or something? If not then it's obviously he's taking you for granted. The ring is suppose to shut you up, and what can be more important then you nothing so dump him!

Breaks plans how? Like you plan a movie night and he cancels to go out with his friends? Or he just doesn't make plans. Guys like to leave plans to the girls (they think girls like to make plans and often it is true), but if he keeps breaking plans that just isn't right. Keep talking to him about it until he listens. This is odd, like he contradicts himself by buying you a ring. I don't know... maybe he doesn't realize how much it bothers you.

nicely, is it somewhat an decision for him to no longer bypass into paintings while he's spoke of as in? Being a supervisor of a cafe is an excellent duty. you ought to ask him to furnish you a minimum of, say a million hour, or 2 hours (however works for you) be conscious so if he cancels on you, you may make different plans. attempt to no longer make his paintings out to be the "undesirable guy" - he seems to truly like his paintings. i could bypass the path of explaining to him which you anticipate to work out him while he makes plans and he leaves you striking while he cancels, so which you deserve greater forwarning if he is going to cancel so which you will alter your plans.

I went through the same thing, and it was like an emotional roller coaster ride looking forward to things and then being disappointed. You need to ask yourself "is this what you want", because from experience it never changes. YOU DESERVE WAY BETTER.It is not worth going through the emotional bull****.

Well that sucks! Tell him that it hurts you that you cant talk to him,and that he breaks plans. If he cares about you he'll listen..... hopefully. Just tell him that it hurts you.

Well, I guess either deal or let him go.

You cant really change other people.
