The mother stopped nursing them when they were 9 weeks, but after two of the kittens got given away, she started nursing the other two kittens. They are too old to still be nursing. I just wanted to know now I can make her stop nursing the kittens. She doen't seem to want to stop having them nurse. She doesn't mind them, but one of the kittens isn't growing, because the only thing she will eat is her mothers milk. I am worried about her, she is so tiny, and is still the same size as when she was 4 weeks old. Please help me save my baby kitten. Thank you.

Your mother cat will know what to do and she will know when to stop nursing them. I would let nature take its course.

My kittens are still nursed but are eating solids. There is special kitten milk you can buy in supermarkets for the kitten. You should not give them full crean milk as it will make them sick. You should be putting the kittens on to solid foods suited to their age. They also drink water now. Good luck rearing your kitten.

When the mother cat has had enough of them she will stop nursing them.. are they eating cat food too.?? if so, I would say it is time to get them to other homes.. but if they are not eating other foods yet, you will have to wait till Mom wens them, and gets them on cat food.. good luck..

ok, first do no longer feed milk. The milk people drink is undesirable for cats. they are able to no longer digest it properly. you ought to get KMR powder on the puppy shop. examine the instructions for blending with water. you could positioned it in a shalllow bowl (even nonetheless it cant sit down out long) or nonetheless bottle feed. At 5 weeks they are able to consume nutrition and could have the skill to poo on their own, inspite of the actual shown fact which you will ought to rub their tushy's a splash. attempt kitten canned nutrition or kitten dry nutrition for extremely youthful kittens. i take advantage of RC toddler Cat from petsmart, dry and cans. you in addition to mght ought to maintain them heat nonetheless so as that they are able to digest their nutrition. Have a heating pad on low or medium with a blanket or towel over it. there are a number of good kitten care web pages in case you google them. in the event that they consistently have diarrhea, convey them to the vet quickly.

you need to start weening your kittens. Mixing milk and a little bit of wet food gradually into a bowl will get them going in the right direction. This probably means removing them from their mommy for awhile.

Let nature take its place. But if you're really concerned, take them to a vet and get his/her advice.
