Have you ever seen or heard spirits?

yes i have seen many, and heard many. if your carefull, and not scared and talk to them they can at times comunicate. i was working and i felt something, a boy walking by me crying i was busy and didnt bother to look , but later i found out he died in our ambulance a half hour b4 they parked it back in our building. and a few other times, we cought them on our security cameras.

After the first bottle of cold champagne I start hearing them. I usualy stop drinking before I see them.
