I messed up my Windows Nero and the only way that I can find is to purchase the newer version. Is this the only way to get it fully back? I need the complete package

did you not save ur product key when they sent it to you ny email if not then email them and they will send you a new key well they should do if they dont then your have to pay again go to there website hit on help/support

The key here is whether or not you have an OEM or Retail version of Nero. OEM is bundled with hardware, such as a DVD burner, and support from Nero is not included. The key to install the software is not needed if you still have the bundled disc.

actually u can get the nero cd burning software from any of the discs u get with the cd burner if u buy
i dnt think u will be charged for that but if u are buying it separately then may be the case the nero people will charge u for that
well try the cd along with ur burner its great or try downloading it from the manufactrer's website
