None of the little kids I know are concerned about STD's or condoms much less think about having sex with a stranger. As far as biting goes I have two children. The oldest got bit all the time when he was in daycare. Kids are naturally selfish and if they see a toy they want they take it even if another kid has it. If the other kid cannot get it back and he does not have the communication skills to say, "That was mine and I would like for you to give it back to me please" they bite. They don't know how to communicate their frustration with words so they either bite or hit. For an infant who only has a tooth or two biting is very natural. It feels good to them.
And yes I have heard of animals with STD's. Monkey's. One of the theories of where AIDS started was from a Monkey. Now how did the people get it? Hmmm. Either the monkey bit people or the people "violated" the monkey.

Biting is usually normal behavior for young children. They do not know any other way to express their frustration. It is a parent's responsibility to correct that problem. My son was often the victim of biters at his daycare and I received a lot of grief from my family for not getting upset over this. I just don't understand the point of getting upset over something that is normal for young children to do. As for muzzling a child - that could be viewed as a form of child abuse by others especially to strangers that do not know the circumstances of your situation.

My second son went through a biting stage. I tried everything and nothing worked. I asked my mom and she said that the next time he bites, get his arm and bite him just hard enough that it hurts and tell him, see, that hurts. I had to bite him 3 different times before he stopped.

NO. Do you think you should have a zipper on your mouth so you can't talk? You cannot abuse a child like that. I have never seen a kid go up to a complete stranger and bite them.

They're a child, not an animal. It doesn't matter if they bite. Putting a muzzle on them is inhumane. Instead you should teach your child that biting is not acceptable.

i'm not aware of many toddlers spreading std's with biting? sounds like you need professional help yourself. kids bite because they don't know how to properly express theirselves. it's up to their parents to tell them other ways of expressing their anger and frustration. and it sounds like your parents should have done a better job with that with you.

i think your child has a issue that can be resalved without a mussle. i think you kid is teething. Yopu should provide things for your kid to chew on insted of turning to chew on you and othere people. Get him/her carots to nibble on. or buy some things he can nibble on for hours so he wont get bored and start chewing on people.

I pray that you do not have any children who you have control of. Please do not ever muzzle a human, no matter what the age.
