they speak english.I livee in kentcuky and theres still some around on this one island on a small lake theres a whole bunch of meetings im not aloud to speak of what lake or island.my dad was at this place once and he saw KKK he thought it was fake but it was real

They have special terms and handshakes etc. They're not widely known and hard to find out though.
