Your question is not properly phrased.Sri Lanka,Thailand,Myanmar,Cambodia are the countries where the majorities are Theravada Buddhist.Each country practice the religion in their own unique ways.
No one dare to claim theirs is the correct Buddhist ways.Making this sort of claim will invite many problems.
As a Buddhist,I have contact with monks from the above four countries.Most of the monks I met are good monks.Sad to say I had bad experience with one monk;he was a disgrace.We had to physically throw him out of our centre!
I had also seen monks challenging devotees to a fight!The Buddha mentioned that there are four types of monks.We have good monks and bad monks!
