Sure ask her out don't let the kid make you lose out on someone who could turn out to be the best thing that ever happened to you. Plus she's Hot! It's only a date you don't have to marry her she might just want a booty call.

If you are under the age of 30, go ahead and ask her out, but don't settle down. Have fun first.
If you are over 30 go for it, you're getting too old to be picky.
Always beware of the girls with kids that are trying to find a "dad", once you have been together a while or get married, the kid is yours. If you divorce her or leave her after just being boyfriend and girlfriend for a few years you might have to pay child support.

you should go for it I am dating a girl with a 3 year old but if you really like the girl it will work out and you might learn to love the kid

if you think you are mature enough for a ready made family, then go right ahead, just be prepared for broken dates and late dates and alot of dates spent with the kids.
Because with mothers (well it SHOULD be this way anyways) the kids come FIRST before all others, including themselves and any boyfriends they may have.

if she is married and still living with her husband then pl. leave her. you have no rights to be in between of a couple. there could be a simple attraction due to her personal problem. think that you may be in the same situation like her husband after some time.

Depends. Are you just after a little booty, or are you interested in her - AND in being a father to someone else's kid? They're a package deal, and it's not fair to her or the kid to just try to get into her pants.
If you're looking for someone to commit to, go for it. Otherwise, just keep on walking.

well...think about it, you like her she likes you...BUT she has a kid... dont get me wrong the kid isnt the problem the only question u have to ask yourself is.. are you ready to look after this kid and act like a father to her/him?lets just say u asked her and she said yes...then later things got serious are u really ready to take that responsibitaly?

no,because she has a kid and she might have to take care of he or she most of the time instead of think about you.You can ask her out if you want to but make a wise decision.

if you only like this girl because she's hot. ..eh. ..no.
but if you think she is hot and smart and all this, then go for it.
although, you may want to consider that she has a kid because if you are not ready for a child yourself, this wouldn't be a good relationship.
