This is taken from what's known as the "Lorem ipsum" text that is partly classical Latin and partly gibberish. The text is used by typesetters as not for its meaning but in order to show how the spacing of a document will look.
The sentence "Mauris fermentum dictum magna" is untranslatable because the cases don't agree. If I had to fake a translation, it might be something like "Beer was called greats by the Moors," which is as grammatically incorrect in English as it is in Latin.
