When I was 13 I was 4'7" and weighed 85 lbs. I was an athlete. In one summer I went to 5"4" and 105 lbs. I became a sexy athlete. I had more guys looking my way than ever. My bikini fit me better than ever. And, I won a ton of championships in gymnastics and track. Being skinny as a stick is and never has been "in." Guys like girls with boobs and butt. Maybe it's the clothes your wearing and not your weight. Maybe it's the confidence you exude. I joined a modeling course at your age. It helped me a lot. I still love beautiful clothes and I know that I look great when I go out the door of my home. This is a real and good answer. Eat healthy. Don't eat fattening foods. Eat life foods. Things that are natural. Exercise. Drink lots of water, but also milk because it is so good for a beautiful smile and healthy bones. You should drink at least three 8 ounce glasses a day. Get your hair done pretty and wear pretty clothes. Study hard and get a degree someday. Help others and believe in yourself.

First of all: You are at an ideal right now. You are living a healthy lifestyle physically, just keep a balance. Between the ages of twelve and fourteen are the ages when females peak physically, emotionally, and creatively. Take advantage of that, spend more time exploring that side of you than measuring every fraction of a pound. You don't need to worry about that at your age. Just be healthy, life isn't life if you measure every minute of it.
Second: You may and you may not. It really depends on the person. Some people need that regimen simply to remain at the weight they are at, others would melt away the pounds with that kind of attention. Me, I have a borderline thyroid disorder, so i have to work harder at it. It really depends on the person. Your body may be at a weight that it wants, and that weight is a good weight. I can't tell you for sure, but I can tell you, don't worry so much about dropping weight. you're fine where you're at, now get out there and live with the body you've worked for.

First of all your too young to be obsessing over weight and 15 bottles of water a day is too much you are flushing all of the nutrients out of your body try to keep it under 10 of the 16.9 oz bottles even that is a little too much,if you really want to lose weight try some form of the atkins diet it really works its amazing how quick you lose mass when you cut out carbohydrates and sugar make sure to take a good multi vitamin and eat lots of low carb vegetables brocolli cucumbers tomatoes peppers lettuce the drain in energy the first few days is an adjustment but then you get more energy can easily lose 8-12 pounds the first two weeks

what an active child.. lol yeah ur metabolism is probably really high since your 12!. You wont loose weight since u might grow a little more, you should eat 1500 calories. Now isnt the time for a girl like you to loose weight.

Honestly, it sounds like you are on your way to an eating disorder. You are in the healthy weight range already (if not on the skinny side). If you drink too much water you can get sick (if you aren't eating enough salt to balance it) Someone your age should not be worrying about excersize, just being active. You are still growing and can damage yourself with all the excersize without much food.

Try to add in some cardio for at least 20 minutes a day. Cardio will help you burn up extra calories.
Your not fat and understand that your still growing so expect to gain a little weight.

I honestly would say you will not loose much weight. At 95 pounds and all the excerises you will probably gain muscle. You won't loose weight but I also don't think you will gain weight. I think you will stay about the same weight.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
