I have gained a lot of weight the last few years. If you could only loose weight in one area where would you loose weight? Second, where is the worst place to gain weight?
I would loose weight around my neck. I hate having a double chin.

I would give anything to get rid of the baby fat I have around my mid section. But, I would have to say the worst part of the body to gain weight is on the outer thighs.

I also gained a lot of weight over the past two years - 20 kilos - but this had a lot to do with meds. I would choose my stomach. I think a woman looks fine with an ample booty and boobs as long as the stomach and waist area look honed.

The latest research has proven that excess weight in your stomach area drastically increases your heart disease risk. And personally if I could lose weight I'd love to have a flat tummy again.

im not overweight but i would hate to gain weight on my stomach and i would love to lose weight on my stomach because that is the part that people notice most. My opinion but I know alot of people would back me up on that. :]

I would loose the stomach area. The worst place is stomach.. It's better to have fat on your thighs than your stomach.

unfortunately you cannot choose where you gain or loose weight (if we are referring to fat).
You either gain or loose total body fat. It stores differently for each person, generally men store fat in the stomach and women store it in the thighs.

well i wish i could loose wieght but de to diabetic, problems i am unable to loose waight, if i could loose it it would be my legs and thighs, and a bit off the belly.
