Sony Vegas Help?

I record the online game i play with a program called Fraps, which is just a basic screenshot,benchmark and video recording tool. When using it, the videos i record turn out perfect and are in .wmv format. When i drag it into Vegas, then render as... .wmv, and play it, it turns out super blurry and looks like crap. Can anyone help me?

most likely you are rendering into a lower bitrate. see file properties and then render with the same or higher bitrate.

check your output settings. you may be adding more compression to your already compressed video. try to render the video out without compression to uncompressed AVI./
