Play cards, like solitaire. Play the card and domino games on Yahoo. Call a friend on the phone that likes to talk for hours, make sure they are local so you do not get hit with long distance call charges. What else can you do..........oh yeah sleep!
Write letters to friends and relatives who live far away. Keep a journal/diary.
That is all I have for now.

Try whittling something out of wood. You can pick up any old twig for free. Try solving math problems or word puzzles. Get up and exercise. Write down a list of things you do exceptionally well. Jot down notes about happy times in your life. Sort through old photographs. Decide on a topic you want to know more about and thoroughly research it on the internet. Take apart an old unworking appliance and see if you can fix it, or at least see how things are put together.
Lack of money is a problem, but you are to be commended for acknowledging that you need to keep busy.

Well, you have to think outside the box. Or even something simple such as inviting a few friends over and having good conversation, playing board games, card games, truth or dare, blind man bluff....things like that. I know you probably never heard of blind man's bluff, but it's a games when you gather all your friends, pick a person to be the blind man by wrapping a scarf around their eyes, spinning them around 3- 5 times, turning off ALL the lights and back as far away from the person, you can't go out of the room. You can stand in a corner as quiet as possible you can move around the room taunting them, or whatever comes to mind. ITS A FUN GAME!
So, just thinking of fun games, and different ideas like that are great for being creative and saving money. Or if you just wanna have fun alone you can do things that your good at....I'm sure you have a knack for something, whether it be drawing, writing, painting, giving advice...anything that keeps you feeling satisfied and busy,.

you are lucky you have the time. take a walk in the buisness areas, bus stops, railway station. Be relaxed, completely relaxed. Look at the people passing by. If it is peak business hours you can see people hurrying here and there. This will give you inspiration to cash on the requirements of the people. Even if you can offer a small service/ timely product you can make unimaginably lot of money, because of the volume of people.

Well how about going fishing. it can be done for almost nothing. visit friends and/or family. gather some food from your home and get a picnic with a friend or a good book under a tree.
You can look up your community and see what it has to offer on free entertainment. There are alot to do. Good Luck

Look up recipes off the internet and try cooking up something special. Take up photography. You can randomly shoot photos of objects in your home and create an album for yourself. You could possible enter your photos in contest, at the fair, on the internet, who knows. Try your hand at writing poetry or short stories. Try designing things such as new inventions. Try drawing, or chalking.
Hope this helps
