Consider a home-theater in a box. It includes the AV receiver and the speakers. The disadvantage will be fewer (if any) input ports, but it should have at least one digital input for your TV.
It should support Dolby Digital as well.

Whatever you buy make sure it has matching digital inputs with your TV (optical or coax)
