I have long hair that I straighten that involves a fringe, girls say that they like that. But i would also like to know what tips i can get from girls to help me get girls attention to the point that they come up and try to start conversations with me, not the other way around. Selfsih I know, but that is what every guy wants to know.

You guys need to know that women love attention and any that you shower on them is taken as flattery. You need to know also that women like it when men start a conversation with them. It lets them know that they are interesting enough for you to spontaneously get to know them. Most of the time this is correct...however, if you run into a "snob" that won't talk to you well it's her loss. Just be nice to everyone that you feel you might be interested in. It's a done deal, once conversation happens......

bold moves are not always the greatest!!! the best thing to do is make eye contact show some teeth and then go about what you were doing but keep throin the glances towards her. we like attention but dont smother us. if your walking with confidence and not arogrance then we really notice that!

Your attitude sucks. Mature guys aren't afraid to see a woman or girl they like and come up to them and engage them in conversation. Guys like you think your God's gift to women. Well God can have guys like you back. I like a confident guy, intelligent, witty, and flirtaceous. They may or may not have a "fringe".

well...just try to talk to girls and dont give them the impression that you just want sex because thats not good. Make yourself feel very relaxed which will give other people the effect of being comfortable around you.
