The only one I can think of might be a pansy. Not all of them have that many colors, but some do. Here's a google link to some pictures:

It's possible that the Latin (or Greek) name of a plant may indicate how many colors its flowers have. For example, Viola tricolora has 3 colors!

P.S. Your question is a bit vague. Do you mean a species that comes in 3 or more colors? Or do you mean a single flower having three or more colors?

Many, a few are roses, Mums, Tulips, Mums, Irises, orchids and many more.

As to pics, just google Flowers with more than three colors.

I would look in the orchids personally. There are also horticultural strains of plants that have many different colours. Goat's beard is another one. There are tonnes out there, you just have to look.
