All the boys I know in California are assholes. I'm considered an "emo" (ALTHOUGH I AM NOT!) but I prefer boys who are in bands but still have good morals, blahblahblah. I'm high school ... any ideas of how to meet someone good? I've been introduced to alot of nice guys, but they all have girlfriends or have nothing in common with me. Am I just too shallow? Help!

hey, don't worry too much about it all. just concentrate on being the best person you can, and then you will have to fight them all off with a stck! you will meet some one cool, don't worry. you are still young.
it does not sound like you are shallow at all, it just sounds like you are really careful, and this is a goo dhting. do not settle for anything less than what is is you exactly want. DO NOT SETTLE! i repeat, DO NOT SETTLE!
just be patient, and it will all work out as it should be!
Do not settle for anything less than the best one for you! and you will know him when you meet him!

Most of the time you'll stumble upon a great guy when you least expect it, so don't actively look for one. Try hanging out at a coffee shop, in a bookstore/library, or even go to church. Good luck!

got to the east coast and get a traditional southern guy who know how to really treat a girl. but since u are in high school you should go to a church and get a guy there who is in a youth group band

do not look for the right guy. this guy will just come up to you in the least you have expected if try to look, then you will just hook up with a guy who like to have sex with you but not having a serious relationship.
