Nowadays women are becoming more and more independent (which I dig). But ever since this girl Im interested in got this new job all she does is work and has no time for me. If I call she never picks up because she's at work and she gets out late, so basically we don't get to talk as much as we used to or get to see each other much. What are all your thoughts on this? Do you guys suggest I just move on? Thanks.

Give her time to create a balance with work and you. If both of you are for real into making the relationship work then try to work each other in to the others life. things don't always stay the same in life you gotta just learn to adjust

Give it a little more time. How would you feel if you were her? As long as you feel sincere about her working and she's not trying to play you, stick around.

No dont move on, respect her carrer. she also must be missing you. you can make up on holidays.
