I have a REALLY high and wide forehead. I also have small features, so that only emphasizes it further. I used to have bangs that went across my entire forehead and fell just above my eyebrows, but I hated them so much and I refuse to go back to them. I grew them out to the side, but my hair is SO THIN that they have done me no good. They look terrible and my mom keeps saying they make my forehead even more noticeable. Help! What other types of bangs can I have that will cover up my big forehead? Or should I just keep my sideswept bangs but trim them. I feel so self conscious. What do I do?

Try some relaxed layers and side swept bangs. For inspiration, look to the celebrities with infamous high foreheads. Think Cameron Diaz or Tyra Banks.

Hello, sounds like you have my neice's forehead! You need really thin (no more than 1/2 an inch thick) and whispy bangs that hang to your eyebrows or just below. Where the hair ends, the eye meets. What this means is your face will thin out and shorten with the right length of bangs.

get a feather cut
and get a few bangs[very few here and there
since ur hair is thin u can keep pushng them towords the side
these make ur forehead look much shorter
try coloring ur bangs alone with a color a lil lighter then ur hair
helps even better

simple side swept. I myself have a very high forehead and I used to just do the side swept bangs. However, now i have hella confidence so if people don't like my big *** forehead they can just kiss it. Basically Im doin what's confortable for me. Okay? but yea do whatever.

my forehead is so big my nickname since i was 2 has been tank. i do the side swept bangs thing but with a side part and the bangs to one side. its probably not as bad as you think, or if it is most people are probably used to it

look at alexis bledel pictures..she has a high forehead 2 and covers it up very nicely..i have a high forehead 2..and very thin hair..i just showed my stylist a picture of my hair and i think my hair looks great now

Listen to Victoria, You are probably noticing it more since it is yourself. No one else notices these things. I have a high forhead myself and don't know what to do, sometimes the barber cuts it all off and then it is skin only....iiickk!!!

TAKE A PIE SECTION IN FRONT WHERE YOUR BANGS ARE AND TWIST THEM LIKE YOUR TWIRLING IT AROUND YOUR FINGER PULLING IT STRAIGHT DOWN AND DIRECTLY CENTER WITH YOUR NOSE AND SNIP THE TIP OF IT(TWIRLED HAIR, NOT YOUR NOSE) OFF. IT'LL CONFORM AROUND YOUR FACE EVENLY.
