stay off of them and theyll evenutally fade. also you could try exfoliating them and moisturizing with a good lotion but mostly itll tae time as black knees are usually a result of broken blood vessels from pressure being applied to them

scrub your knees gently everyday while you're showering(don't scrub too hard or else it's going to get worse). Then apply lotion after shower everyday!!! Do it everyday and be calm. You can't just get rid of it in just a few weeks. It takes more than a month!! Stay calm and don't forget to do it =)

There are a lot of laser lightening treatments out there, and some topical creams I think, but the laser lightening treatments are the only ones I've heard really help.
