Let someone athoritave know such as your teacher, deputy priciple or your parents. If the issue esculates to him actually touching you and acting out is verbal pervesiness you will have back up on your side.
When I was in high school I was sexually harrassed, boys feeling me up and saying perverted things like "lets have a baby". It was not becasue I was anything special or even pretty but because I was what you would call a geek.
Well where are they now, some are in jail others are really down and out. And me, I'm a teacher now, wanting to make a difference so that no one under my care is bullied.

You have the right to feel comfortable in your school.
Tell the administration that you've tried to deal with it on your own and it didn't work. It's their responsibility.
I'm sure there are some people who DO ignore him as some have suggested, but it sounds like this needs to go further up the chain of command.
You teach people how to treat you.
If you continue to do no more than telling him to stop, you're hurting yourself.

As you said, he does it to get attention, so the best thing to do is not to pay attention to his stuff, not even a laugh, no reaction at all! And as many of your classmates you get to do this, the sooner it will work.
As soon as he realizes that nobody cares about what he says, he will stop.

Yes that is pretty irritating, isn't it? But seriously usually if you ignore him he will get tired of that and he will quit. That works nine times out of ten. Good luck. I guess if he continues then report him to administration.

I'm a guy and If I were you, I would repeat outloud what he just said in order to embarass him. For example: If he says "I want to have sex with you", state loudly "No, I will NOT have sex with you, you're a disgusting pig..." In other words, if you ignore him, he'll keep doing it, but if you throw it back at him and let everyone else hear, he'll be so embarassed he'll leave you alone.
Good luck.

Report it to the teacher....then the principal....put it to them this way......either they make him stop even if it means he is expelled or you will SUE the hell out of the school district, the teacher and the principal personally.
You have a right to an education as much as he does.....be strong and do not let them intimidate you.....just wait til you see how quick this kid is taken care of.

He only does it to get your attention. If he knows that it bothers you, he will keep it up. Ignore him and he will eventually stop.

Let him know that harrassment, sexual or otherwise, is against the law, and if he persists, report it to someone in charge. If that doesn't do any good, threaten the imbicile with a lawsuit. That usually stops the idiot cold.

I believe the way it works is that you have to let him know that you are offended by his perverted talk and that you consider it sexual harrassment. If he then continues to talk in such a manner, you can report him for sexually harassing you.

Tell him that you want it to stop and you consider it sexual harassment. If it does not stop, tell your teacher and your parents.
Sadly, he probably likes you and that's why he's trying to get your attention. We don't pay attention to people that we don't like.
