I've been dating this girl for a month now and everything is going really fine, we been seen each other almost every day and talk on the phone at least twice a day ( she's been calling me all the time ) and she's been telling me at least 3 times that i'm starting to grow on her ( first time was on our 4th date ) Is this a good sign or bad sign since i don't understand exactly what it means. Does she wants to take a step further to a serious relationship or just testing the water out and see how it's going to. Please help me out.

It is her way of saying she is starting to care about/love you. First there is physical, but for a woman if the physical is ok there is a step which is more important. Getting to know a guy.
How does he treat me when we are out? Does he make me feel beautiful? Is he smart? Is he funny? Do we have anything in common? Do we run out of things to talk about and does it get awkward? There are different things we look for depending on the girl.
All she means is so far you are just looking better and better each time she talks to or spends time with you.

It means at first she wasn't sure about you, but now she thinks she likes you more. It means she does want to get to know you better.

she likes you.. but she is not comfortable saying she loves you...smart girl still to early to really know that.....

well it depends, you could "grow on her" like a pimple or you could "grow on her" like she starting to like you more and more. Try to find out which one it is. Im guessing the latter.
