onetime i go chruch i go find a place to sit and i look around and out of the blues a girl was looking at me then after she want to go sit whit her friend and when the guy say hug everyone around u she was near me when i was about to hug her she palys whit her hair and look on the ground. and when chruch was over she pull her hat off and keep on looking at me! why

shes definitely interested in you! she wants your attention but is shy and doesnt want to come up to her. If you are interested in her, go up to her and talk to her. And even if you dont have feelings for her you can talk to her and maybe become good friends.

it depends on how she looks at you. if its a glare, she doesn't want u near and if its a flirty stare she's playing hard to get. get to know her and then ask her out if she's your type. don't ask her out if she isn't cause thats just a waist of a relationship.
