My 4 month old shih tzu sleeps in my room but i have the snifffles. Can my dog catch it as easily as another person?! Should i have him sleep in my sisters room untill i feel better?

No your puppy is not going to catch anything from you and you are not going to catch anything from your puppy. As for kennel cough your puppy would have to be exposed to another dog or puppy with it so that is not a concern either.

No, your dog cannot catch a cold from you. Your dog will be fine in your room.

No. I wouldn't worry about it or even give it a second thought. Just like we can't get things from dogs (even when they kiss you on the mouth :-)

unless you have rabies, your dog can't catch anything from you and you aren't going to catch anything from him. diseases etc are species specific, meaning dogs pass to one another doggie stuff and people pass to one another people stuff. enjoy your puppy.
