You could try. But I think the lawyer and court fees would far exceed the amount of money the purchases for your ex cost you. So, I wouldn't bother. Besides, don't draw out the break up. Forget him and find someone that treats you like the princess you are!

Here's to a great 2007! May you find the love of your life. Happy new year!

Talk to your DA he or she can help you. If you say there not gifts but they were thinks he needed and asked for then yes there are many ways around the legal system sometimes you need a lawyar to help you find them. Your local DA will not charge you to see what you should do. That is what they are there to help you with, and maybe the DA could help you get your losses back.

no because when you say gave it means just that. on the other hand if you had loaned him something and he didn't return it back to you then you could sue him.

You can sue anybody for anything. Wether you will win or not is another question. My suggestion is that you just cut your losses, and don't pay for a lawyer and all that crap.

Don't sue. Just move on. Why do you want a bunch of his crap lying around reminding you of him all of the time?

Not that I'm aware of. It you gave it to him you passed up right of possesion. Engagement rings are about the only thing that a court MIGHT award you.

Nope - you freely gave him the items, they're gifts. You have no legal basis to get them back.
