Hope Scholarship for grad students?

I am looking to get a masters in Education (ESL) at the University of Georgia and I was wondering if it is possible. Is it limited to undergrad?

According to the University of Georgia's financial aid FAQ's website, it is for undergraduate students .

you would want to look into the lifetime credit for graduate students and anything after two years of education
