its very safe to use hydrogen perioxide as a mouthwash as long as you put half hp and half water in a cup and swish. and the stuff that you get at walmart or the drugstore is fine. i use it all the time and it does help whiten your teeth.

Yes its very safe and sometimes recommended by dentists. And yes it does whiten your teeth. Just mix about 1/3 HOH and 2/3 H2O and use as a mouthwash. Be advised its not the best tasting mouthwash there is. Good luck.

You can buy it in the new whitening mouthwashes that are out, so it must be OK to use, in moderation of course, and avoid swallowing large amounts

50% of hydrogen peroxide mixed with 50% of water is safe to use as a mouthwash, but don't use it more than three times a day and of course DO NOT SWALLOW IT. Hope you'll get better:o)

Hydrogen peroxide will leave your mouth more sanitary and sterilized than most typical mouthwashes on the market, but you won't get that minty-fresh breath. DUDE. These questions are easy!

it won't whiten, H Peroxide has to be heated to be activated as a whitener, and 3% is nothing... less if you dilute it

a half and half water and peroxide solution is safe just do not swallow it. it is also great for soaking your toothbrush in to kill the germs on the bristles.
