In order to drop that much weight you'll need to shave off alot of your caloric intake and work off alot of calories. You'll need to trim about 1800 cal's a day.An hour of walking twice a day,cut out all but 1 tbls of fat a day. no fries,no butter,no mayo,no shakes,drink nothing but water,and lots of it to flush the fat. And don't eat off big plates.put your food on the smallest plate you can find.Fill up on salad and vegetables first,then eat the rest,but stop when you are full.

I would excersize daily, you really can notice a difference in how your clothes fit despite what the scale may say, I would sugges walking, and perhaps eating salds, but make sure you are getting protien like bacon bits or chicken in the salad, and as for the 12 year old that posted a reply, honey you are on your way to an eating disorder, you are 12, still developing and shouldnt be concerned about your weight at this stage of your likfe. Eat in moderation and move around as much as you can, and you will be fine!

Get out everyday and do some exercise of any kind that you enjoy. Try to eat healthy, balanced meals. Cut out stuff like soda, sweets, and junk food from your diet. Stay busy and dont let yourself eat if your not really hungry. Good luck:)

#2 for ur problem just eat more fruits and veggies get cardio workout into ur schedule don't eat carbs after 7, No diet pills, And hope for the best!

Exercise for at least half an hour everyday. Eat healthy (I'll assume you've been told what healthy foods are) & eat in SMALL PROPORTIONS. :)
