Australians have developed Cockney rhyming slang to a fine art. For example, someone who does not like Americans can be said to be "antiseptic".
Why?
"Septic tanks" is rhyming slang for "Yanks".
I find that funny (not Anti-Americanism, mind you; that's just another form of bigotry, but the rhyming slang)
